Lale, I will be grateful to you all my life for helping me, motivate and teach me so many things. It still seems incredible that I achieved the transformation in only 6 months of controlling myself with you. When I started a new way of life (because for me it has never been a diet), I weighted 95 kg… up to now Ive reduced 31 kg, 25 cm in waist and 34 cm in hip measures.
