Ingredients: 1 yucca, oregano, salt. Preparation: 1 - We start by peeling the cassava, in this case I peel only part of it and I dont cut it because later I make the slices with the peeler and it is much easier to do if you dont cut the piece directly from the cassava. 2 - We cut slices of cassava with the help of a peeler, since with a knife it is very difficult because it is very hard. 3 - As you can see, they are cut very thin, and they are baked for about 20-30 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees.
