Nutritionist from Universidad Central de Venezuela, certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and certified entrepreneur from IESA, Maria Alesia Branz, also known by her followers as “Lalefit”, welcomes you to her world. Social network, education, nutrition, imperfection and happiness lover, she teaches everyone she touches, how to be healthier from the inside-out, giving her followers infinite and very useful nutritional and motivational tips. “2 years ago I felt very sad, I wasn’t working or doing anything, total lack of motivation… Then one day I decided to start giving nutritional facts and tips through Instagram and well… people seemed to like them…”. With time, she decided to open her own nutritional practice in Caracas, Venezuela, and to start at the same time her Online Meal Plan system, available for everybody around the world. She’s also participating in many local events with prestigious Venezuelan companies where she does speeches and conferences, and plans to keep broadening her national and international social network influence, so even more people can received the HEALH message and the: “YES I CAN!!” positive effect. “My philosophy is just BALANCE: there’s no good food or bad food, there’s just correct quantities and frequency of consumption, and incorrect ones. Apply balance in everything and for everything Health Lovers!! I’ll teach how to feel AWESOME (or “Del mas Alla”, how she says in Spanish), eating delicious food, without suffering!!
