Exercise outdoors is divine !! I just did it and I highly recommend it, you change the environment, you refresh yourself, and you will fill yourself with vitamin D from the sun, and the activities you can do there are free or practically free, its perfect !! However, it is important to take into account the following tips: 1. Drink plenty of water before starting and after finishing the exercise. 2. Take music with you to stay active and energetic or else, take a friend with you. 3. Dress appropriately for the weather, for example. Wear a hat and jacket if its cold outside, wear full-leg lycra or long pants if you go on an excursion (it happened to me that I ended up with bloodied legs from rubbing against branches and / or mosquitoes). 4. Dress in layers if its very cold, and take them off as you warm up. 5. Wear shiny clothing or gear if you are going to exercise before sunrise or after sunset. 6. The tip that costs me the most: Wear a protector, sunglasses and a hat to protect your skin EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO SUN !!! Like the rays pass the clouds. 7. Wear sports shoes appropriate to the activity you do, that have support. No cholas or sandals to exercise. I think thats it, good luck and leave prepared !!
