Breakfast of oat with banana and peach
Ingredients: 1/3 cup of oatmeal in flakes. 3/4 cup skim milk or your favorite non-fat milk. 1/4 cup of peaches (natural) or strawberries. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseed. 2 tablespoons pumpkin or auyama seeds. 1/2 banana/banana, sliced. Preparation: Combine the oats, milk and seeds in a glass jar, and keep it from the night before to the next morning in the fridge. At the time of eating, mix with the mashed banana and add the fresh strawberries or peaches on top. A DELIGHT FROM BEYOND!!
