Here you have quinoa lovers, a different and super satiating preparation!! Ideal for lunch. I hope you like it!! Ingredients: 1 cup of quinoa, 2 chopped potatoes, 2 chopped onions, 3 cloves of garlic, Salt. Preparation: Sauté the chopped onions and garlic with olive oil. In a pot, add a liter of water along with the quinoa, let it boil for 15 minutes, stirring well. Add the potatoes, salt, fried onion and garlic. When everything is cooked, it is served hot. You can chop fresh cilantro and add drops of vinegar to taste.
