I dont have time to exercise

There are several of us that start with this typical Monday morning list: “Cook, write the office report, walk the dog, call Claudia, take Luis to the pediatrician!! Oh my God Im going to die!!”. This is related to my work, because the “I dont have time” is the perfect excuse we say when it has to do with nutrition and/or exercise. Are you reading this post?? YOU HAVE TIME!! Ways and tips of how to exercise and eat healthy “without time”. I have given you many, however, lets make a brief review. EXERCISE: 1. Exercise at lunch time (walk at lunch break). 2. Create a room or gym space at you house and buy DVDs to exercise. 3. During work day, get up and walk while you can, even if you are on the phone. 4. If you have kids, take advantage while they are at school or any other activities, you can even exercise with them or ask someone to look for them at least for half an hour while you train. 5. You should schedule your exercise sessions: write what you are going to do and set ALARMS!!! You should give it the same grade of importance as an appointment with the doctor. 6. Exercise during commercials while you are watching your favorite TV show (and if you are watching TV, YOU HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE!!). 7. Become a weekend warrior and be active those days too.
