Fighting cellulite

Cellulite is nothing more than unmanageable fat, mixed with toxins and water that decides to accumulate itself in different parts of our body forming adipose nodules, which give the appearance of “orange skin”. And of course: the more fat, the more accumulation and the showy it gets. It appears on 85-90% of the women after puberty and it is strongly linked with femenine hormonal environment. Women have progesterone and estrogen that favor the accumulation of fat adiposity and liquid retention, giving as a result this condition. And the favorite question of all: CAN WE GET RID OF THE CELLULITE?? Well look, sometimes it is related more with genetics and skin quality, than with fat, that is why, sometimes we take magic pills anti cellulite, massages, treatments with special devices etc…and it does not work. The key is to MIX EVERYTHING and see what works better for you!! Let us follow these tips and go to the beach and take off that sarong or skirt happily and light!! 1. Cardiovascular: as cellulite is fat, regular and intense cardiovascular exercise is going to help to decrease its appearance, and achieve a smother skin. The goal should be to workout 40 minutes 3-4 times per week, accelerating your heart and not being able to maintain a fluid conversation, so WORKOUT!! 2. Weights: the anaerobic exercise is also vital, it will shape your body, and you will burn more fat for a longer period of time than with cardio because when you increase muscle, it keeps eating fat until after you finish exercising. 3. Drink water and do not take dehydrator products: Drink 2-3 litters of water per day in order to eliminate toxins and liquid retention, furthermore water accelerates metabolism and helps fat burning in a more efficient way. And careful with the intake of coffee, tea and diuretic pills such as Asiatic pennywort or centella asiatica. If you are going to intake these products you have to drink even more water in order to counteract its dehydrating effects. 4. There is only one thing left…… FOOD INTAKE! It should be rich on hydrated and detoxing food: fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fat and measured complex carbs. Reduce to the maximum the intake of processed foods, refine flour, sugar, salt, and foods rich in sodium. THE REST IS PRAY TO GOD TO TAKE PITY ON US AND THAT THE GENETIC DON’T GET HOLD ON US!! I got hold by the genetics, but I will happily persevere!! None of this defines us, but anyway we have to MAKE IT WORK!! LET’S GO, LET’S GO!!
