Tips for what we all need

1. Lower your salt consumption, add herbs and spices instead. 2. Sushi: not fried rolls and avoid cream cheese and white rice. Prefer sashimi with algae salad. 3. Always include fish as a regular eating habit. Very nourishing and low fat. 4. Avoid sodas as much as you can, even "light" sodas are loaded with chemicals. 5. EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!! 6. WATER WATER WATER!!!
