Green juice popeye style
I started my day with breakfast and 45 minutes of cardio... even with so much activity I feel like its already 5pm, I need energy... we have too much spinach in the house and this is another way to eat it in a refreshing and energizing way. Ideal morning snack: bomb of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants:) You need: 3/4 cup of spinach, 1 green apple, 2 celery sticks, ginger, stevia and ice to taste. VOIL!!!
