Healthy cream of asparagus
Ingredients for 2 servings: 1/4 kg of asparagus 1 tsp olive oil or PAM or oil, coconut. 1/2 medium onion (chopped). The white of 1 leek. 2 stems of celery without leaves. 2 cups of consomme or broth. Salt pepper Preparation: 1- Saute in a pot, with a spray or drop of PAM or olive oil or coconut oil, the asparagus cut into 2 cm pieces (having already removed the lower hard end), along with the onion, leek and the celeri, salt and pepper for approximately 10 minutes (until wilted). 2- Add defatted chicken or meat broth to the pot, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. 3 - Let it cool for 10 min and then blend it, season it with salt and pepper and its ready!!
