Sweet potato chips
Delicious as a lunch companion or as a snack/snack. Also when you have a craving for something sweet and crunchy, you can make this recipe FROM BEYOND! 1. Wash and drain the sweet potato well. 2. They chop it into fine slabs with skin and everything (be patient, make them very skinny so that the texture is richer and they cook faster). 3. Put it on a baking sheet and sprinkle your favorite spices on top (I used Mrs. Dash seasoning and it was divine, if you want it sweeter you can add cinnamon and Stevia). 4. And to bake (I preheated the oven a few minutes before). The most important thing is NOT TO GET DISTRACTED OR TAKE OFF THE OVEN!! Because they are made and burn very quickly (it has happened to me several times). And well done!! ENJOY THEM!!!
