Coffee banana shake
My favorite pre workout, full of energy!! Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of ground coffee 2 ripe bananas 400 ml of almond milk Sweetener and cinnamon powder. Preparation: Prepare a medium long coffee, divide into 4 tall glasses. Beat the bananas with the almond milk and sweeten. Pour the smoothie into the 4 glasses, on top of the coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon. VOIL!! To enjoy!!! My favorite pre workout, full of energy!!
