Healthy crepes
Perfect as a breakfast base for children and adults, especially because it is gluten free (almond flour), in case of celiac or intolerant. The crepes can be accompanied with: chicken, turkey, white cheese, vegetables such as tomato, mushrooms, onion, etc... in the case of wanting them sweet, it could be with Greek yogurt, add free jam, sugar free syrop or pieces of fruit (natural will always be the best). Here is the recipe to prepare them. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups almond/oat flour 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups of water 1 tsp. of salt Preparation: Put all the ingredients in the blender jar. Beat and store the mixture in the fridge for a few minutes. In a Teflon frying pan, put a ladle per measure; being ready on one side, it is turned very carefully. You should try to keep them thin.
