Jam with chia
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of blackberries 1/2 cup raspberries 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup chia seeds 1 1/2 cups of sweetener 1/2 cup of water 1 cinnamon stick 3 mint leaves Preparation: In a saucepan over medium heat add the blackberries, raspberries and blueberries, mash the ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Add the water, sweetener, chia and cinnamon. Cook until it has the consistency of jam. Let cool and enjoy with whole grain toast or your favorite healthy pancakes.
