Salmon burgers
Rich and healthy option for this weekend!! Ingredients for 3 or 4 people: 500 gr of fresh salmon 1 egg 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs hamburger bun and lettuce leaves -Preparation: With a good knife, chop the salmon meat into small squares. To do this, fillet the loins into strips and then cut them perpendicularly. We take the opportunity to remove webs and some thorn that the fishmonger might not have seen. Put all the pieces in a bowl and add the mustard, the breadcrumbs and the egg. Mix well with a fork until there is a kind of dough that will be compacted thanks to the egg and will have a certain consistency due to the breadcrumbs. Helped by a mold or plating ring, we form the hamburgers directly on the grill, pressing a little with the fork. We remove the ring and make the next hamburger, until we finish with the dough.
