Wholemeal pasta with vegetables
Saturday!! Perfect day for a healthy, colorful and nutritious pasta dish!! Vegetable ideas and others.. -Ingredients that can be placed: Peppers Zucchini Tomato Garbanzo beans Garlic olives Onion Pepper, oregano and parsley (Amounts and combinations to taste) -Preparation: Boil 2 cups of wholemeal pasta 8-10 min depending on cooking time. Sauté onion, garlic, pepper and add all the other ingredients with a tablespoon of olive oil. Plate the pasta and add fresh cheese (white or Parmesan) if you wish, and thats it! YUMMY!!
