Chicken burgers
CHICKEN BURGERS: another way to prepare protein. Ingredients: 400 grams of shredded or ground chicken. 1 small carrot. 1 small onion. 3 eggs. 1 cup of spinach. Oregano, parsley and garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Preparation: Wash, peel and cut the onion and carrot. Wash and chop the spinach. Sauté the vegetables. Spice up. In a bowl, add the chicken and season with pepper, oregano, parsley, garlic and salt. Stir. Add the eggs and the fried vegetables. Stir. Form the chicken patties. Put in the oven or place in the pan until they are ready. Accompany the hamburgers with brown rice, salad or quinoa, etc.
