It is completely passed through the food processor, leaving a kind of flour This "flour" is placed in parts on a clean kitchen cloth and squeezed hard, removing any excess liquid. It is then placed in the oven to dehydrate it further, and achieve a dry flour. To this flour add 1 egg, salt and pepper and knead well. The balls are made and placed in a mold with olive oil and flattened by hand. They are placed in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until you see that the dough is cooked. They are removed from the oven and the tomato sauce, the cheese and the paprika strips are placed, and they are baked again for approx. 30 min.
