Pizza with pita bread

Ingredients (6 people): 3 Pita breads or large Arabic breads. 500g mozzarella or buffalo cheese. 14 Tomatoes, peeled and diced. 1 package of fresh basil. 6 Tbsp. Of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 Tbsp. of dried whole oregano. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano. Preparation: Place each pita or Arabic bread on a baking sheet moistened with a touch of oil so that it does not stick. Prepare a tomato sauce: Crush the fresh tomatoes or cut them into squares, season them with salt and fresh oregano, and distribute them on each loaf. Grate the mozzarella cheese and place it in balanced portions on the bread with the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook the pizzas for half an hour in the oven preheated to 250 ºC. Serve hot with the melted cheeses and add spices to taste.
