Ingredients: 2 cups of quinoa boiled and seasoned to taste Sauteed vegetables 4 raw bell peppers Preparation: Cut and fill the peppers with the prepared quinoa, plus the sautéed vegetables and seasoned to taste. Arrange on a tray and bake for 25-30 minutes. VOIL!! A delicious lunch!! LETS GO HEALTH LOVERS!!
