Caprese zucchinis
Ideal for dinner, delicious and healthy, full of vitamins, minerals, fibrous carbs and low in fat. If decorated nicely and it can even be a nice appetizer for weekend guests or work meetings. Simply slice zucchinis, grill them both sides on a pan (no butter, nor oil, it is not necessary), and top them with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and basil. VOILA!! REALLY EASY AND BEYOND IMAGINATION!!
