Always substitute sour cream and mayonnaise with Greek yogurt without sugar. Tastes delicious!! Ingredients: 1. Whole wheat tortillas. The ideal for women one and men two. 2. Boiled chicken breast cut in squares or larded (100-150 gr). 3. All the vegetables you want!! Lettuce, tomatoes, avocado (1/4 of an avocado), etc. 4. Instead of salsas or mayonnaise, add Greek yogurt AND THERE YOU GO, READY!! Beyond imagination!!
