1. Try to maintain stress levels under control and sleep from 7 to 8 hours daily, so you can maintain your hormone levels (and your hunger under control). 2. Eat red meat only twice a week. 3. You can eat egg yolks 3-4 times a week and wont get fat. 4. Salad dressing: 1tspn olive oil, vinegar, pepper, lemon, mustard and Stevia (optional). 5. Snack on: fruits, veggie sticks, skimmed yogurt, almonds, whey protein powder. 6. Change from fried food, to oven-roasted or grilled food for ex. 7. Include lots of vegetables in your main meals, or make or make green juices/soups.
