Cambur bread with almond flour, blueberries and raisins
Here I continue experimenting and I made this divine gluten-free and egg-free recipe that you will surely love because apart from that the texture is moist. Ingredients: - 2 complete bananas. - 1 cup of oatmeal in flakes. - 2 cups of almond flour. - 1/2 cup of almond milk (I used normal skim). - 1/2 cup of nuts or dehydrated fruits (I chose raisins and dried cranberries, choose the ones you want). - 1 tbsp of vanilla. - 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. - 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder. Preparation: preheat the oven to 350, mash the banana until it becomes a puree, mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 5 min. Put balls on trays with anti-adherent paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. VOIL!!! To enjoy!!
