How to feel instantly on the beach RECIPE: 1. 6 egg whites. 2. A scoop of chocolate Whey Protein (optional). 3. 5 tablespoons of coconut flour. 4. A splash of skim milk. 5. 1 tbsp chia and hemp mixed (optional). 6. Vanilla, cinnamon and Stevia to taste. Mix everything, place it in a non-stick pan AND VOILÁ!!!!
