Cabbage wraps with white cheese
Boil water in a pot with a pinch of salt. Strip the cabbage and drop the leaves into the boiling water. Extract the leaves after 3 min (al dente), and at the same time you make the tomato sauce (tomatoes, onion, garlic, leek, chives, celery: fry in a pan. And then mix in a pot: tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil, bay leaf. And the procedure is: wrap the white cheese with the cabbage leaves, place the tomato sauce on top and a little Parmesan cheese to put in the oven and gratin.
