Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients: 2 cups of oatmeal 1 cup oatmeal flakes · Sodium bicarbonate baking powder · Cinnamon · Nutmeg · Pinch of salt 3 Egg Whites · Essence of Vanilla Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350° F (176.6° C). Combine oatmeal, rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Mix the egg whites and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Add all ingredients and continue mixing until no dry ingredients remain. Let the mixture sit for five minutes. Place heaping tablespoons of mixture in a row on paper-lined baking sheet. Check the cookies after 12 minutes, then every minute until they begin to brown. Let cool completely, lift with a spatula, and place in an airtight container. To make them from time to time and share with the whole family they are perfect!! YUMYYY!!!
