Breakfast or beach lunch or express lunch

Fresh tuna or, alternatively, canned tuna in water, or alternatively, canned tuna in oil, well washed with water: we added bits of sweet pepper and celery (it was what I had in the fridge here, but you can add more things), a little mustard, Bimbo Diet bread (whole wheat), arugula or watercress and READY!! Off to the beach!!
