Tuna burgers

Ingredients: 2 Cans of Tuna in Water (preferably), 1 Whole Egg + 1 Egg White, 50 Grams of Oatmeal, 1 Pinch of Garlic Powder, 1 Unit of Red Tomato, Lettuce to taste, ½ Unit of Onion, 1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper, 1 dash of olive oil. Preparation: In a bowl add the tuna, and macerate very well with a fork, add an egg and a white and proceed to mix. Add the oatmeal, a pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper, stir until smooth. Arrange the mixture in hamburger molds (or make balls and flatten them) and place in the fridge for an hour until firm. After this time, cook the tuna burgers on both sides for 5 minutes until golden brown, cover to ensure that the egg cooks well. Accompany with a good salad of various vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion). It can be used as an option for lunch or dinner.
