Strawberry smoothie with yogurt
POST WORKOUT - MAINTENANCE OR INCREASING Ingredients: 4 cups of fresh and red strawberries. 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or Greek, no fruit included). 1/2 cup of freshly made natural orange juice without sugar. And nooo you dont need Stevia! Take advantage of the rich flavor of natural fruit!!. Instructions: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you achieve a smooth mixture and thats it! Post workout or maintenance ration: 1/2 glass (serves as a snack). Increasing ration: 1 full glass. EYE: these portions are approximate, remember to always consult with your nutritionist!!.
