Tomato and oregano sauce
Basic recipe for multiple healthy preparations. Ingredients: 500g of ripe tomatoes. 1 chopped onion. 4 cloves of garlic. 3 Tbsp. Of olive oil. 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano or 1 tbsp. of whole and dry oregano. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Sprigs of oregano to garnish. Preparation: In a cauldron with olive oil, cook the crushed garlic and the chopped onion. Add the peeled, seedless and blended tomatoes. Then add the salt, the oregano and cook until it reduces or thickens. TO ENJOY!!!
