Fish with herbs and balsamic vinegar
Lunch and dinner ideas!! Ingredients: 2 wheels of tuna or carite, Salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar of Modena, Salt to taste. Preparation: Season the fish wheels with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook them on a griddle with olive oil. Mix the parsley, basil, balsamic vinegar and a little salt. When the fish is cooked, add the previous mixture and the vinegar on top. Serve immediately, accompanied by mashed banana and watercress, heart of palm and blueberry salad. TO ENJOY IN A HEALTHY WAY.
