Corn cream
Perfect for late nights too!! Ingredients: Chicken broth, boiled and shelled corn on the cob, 2 garlic joints cut into wheels, salt and pepper to taste, fresh coriander to garnish. Preparation: Boil the cobs in salted water and shell them. Chop the garlic joints into wheels and sweat them. Grind the corn grains with the sweated garlic joints. Then add the chicken broth and salt to taste. Cook everything for ten minutes. Serve very hot. Garnish with fresh coriander
