Brusquettes with avocado

Perfect snack to share with friends and family on the weekend. Ingredients: 1 large ripe avocado Whole Wheat Bread or Casabe 2 Tbsp. whole dried oregano 6 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 Cup of olive oil Preparation: Chop and toast the bread or casabe. Brush each slice with crushed garlic and olive oil. Cut the avocado into thin slices. Put a few drops of lemon juice on the avocados so they dont turn black. Place pieces of avocado on each bread. Sprinkle each one with dried oregano, salt and a few drops of olive oil. Its divine! And get ready fast! I hope you enjoy it!! Happy ending!!
