Healthy guava jam
Ingredients: 1/2 kg of guava 1/2 kg of Stevia (sugar substitute) 1 cup of water. Preparation: Peel the guavas, cut them in half and remove the seeds. They are blended with water, until a juice remains. Put it in a thick-bottomed pot with the stevia and let it cook over medium heat until it thickens (always stirring with a wooden spoon). When thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool. It is packed in sterilized jars. A rich and healthy option to sweeten your whole wheat bread or your pancakes. LETS GO HEALTH LOVERS!!
