Tomato vinaigrette

Ingredients: 6 Tbsp. Of olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 4 sachets of Stevia 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp. grated ginger 5 grated ripe plum tomatoes Salt and freshly ground black pepper Preparation: Grate the ripe tomatoes and place them in a pot with the other ingredients (except the olive oil). Cook them for 20 minutes over medium heat. Let the preparation cool and add the olive oil. Serve to dress a salad of lettuce, radicchio and arugula. Also, you can add cherry tomatoes cut in half to garnish. To change from our typical dressings and give a different touch to our salads
