Chicken skewers
Ingredients (6 people): 4 boneless chicken breasts 4 crushed garlic 2 onions 2 bell peppers (one red and one yellow). 1 green bell pepper Low-sodium soy or Worcestershire sauce for seasoning chicken Salt to taste Preparation: Chop the breasts into two centimeter cubes. Season with crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Chop the peppers and onions into pieces. String the ingredients onto the toothpicks, alternating chicken, paprika and onion.
