Stuffed mushrooms gratin
This recipe is delicious and super healthy to accompany your protein either for lunch or dinner, thus getting out of the usual routine! Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, and put chopped onion, a few cubes of chicken or turkey breast and cherry tomatoes in pieces. Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Clean the mushrooms by removing the tail and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a little stuffing on each mushroom, and sprinkle with a little white or Parmesan cheese to gratin. VOIL!!
