PERFECT DINNER: Boil water in a pan with a pinch of salt. Strip the leaves off the cabbage and immerse them in the boiling water during 3 minutes (al dente), at the same time prepare the tomato sauce (tomatoes, onion, garlic, leek, spring onion, celery) stir-fry and blend. Mix in a pan: tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil, and bay leaves. Shred the white cheese and make wraps with the cabbage leaves.
