Lalefit chocococo cookies
Taking advantage of the fact that today I have the kitchen to myself, I decided to venture out to try a healthy and delicious dessert: coconut flour cookies with dark chocolate... FROM BEYOND!! A divinity!! Here is what I used and how I did it. Ingredients: -2tz Coconut flour or grated coconut. -1 and 1/2 tbsp baking powder. -1/2 tbsp of Salt and 1/3 tz of Stevia. -1 measure Whey Protein (optional). -2 Eggs. -2 tbsp of Vanilla. -1/3 cup coconut oil. -2 squares of dark chocolate. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the wet ingredients on one side and the dry ingredients on the other. Then you mix everything and put little balls in trays with anti-adherent paper and in the oven for 10 min!! Approx 20 cookies come out, if you are taking care of yourself eat 2 cookies 2 times a week. READY!! ENJOY!!!
