Grilled chicken breast with mustard sauce

A rich idea for my advisers from @kaplan_ve and for all the followers of the challenge!! To prepare as lunch or dinner with salad and accompanying vegetables!! GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH MUSTARD SAUCE. For lunch or dinner! The sauce is what will give it that different touch. Ingredients (4 people): 4 boneless chicken breasts 3 garlic cloves 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste Mustard sauce: 2 Onions diced 1 cup of chicken broth 2 Tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. of salt 1 Tbsp. Of olive oil fresh parsley to garnish Preparation: Dress the chicken breasts with the crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cook the breasts on the grill with a few drops of olive or canola oil for fifteen minutes on each side. Prepare the mustard sauce: Sweat the onions in a pan with a little oil. Add the chicken broth, salt and mustard. Stir and boil. Serve the breasts on each plate covered with the hot sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley. Side: Steamed vegetables. DIVINE AND VERY HEALTHY!!
