Quiche with egg whites
Ingredients: 1 ¼ cups egg whites 2 bunches of asparagus 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) almond or skim milk 50 g low-salt white cheese (optional) 5 g (.18 oz) pepper 10g (.35oz) salt 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) of water Preparation: Heat the asparagus in boiling salted water, remove and cool. Beat the egg whites with the almond milk. Add the salt and pepper and add the asparagus. Add the mixture of egg whites and cheese (optional). Cook the preparation at low temperature. Once the edges are golden brown and the center is soft, remove from the pan and cut into slices. Ready!! Rich breakfast!! LETS GO HEALTH LOVERS!!
