Avocado smoothie
wow!! I have been obsessed with this recipe lately. Ingredients: 1 avocado 1 cup pineapple chunks (155 g) optional 1 cup of chopped spinach (30 g) ½ cup of almond milk (125 ml) crushed ice to taste Preparation: Incorporate all the ingredients in a blender and process them until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. If you want more liquid you can add a little more water or ice.
