Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal flakes 1/2 cup of mashed banana/banana 1 whole egg Skim or nonfat milk until thickened and forms the consistency of pancake mix. Cinnamon and cocoa to taste. Preparation: Blend all the ingredients and enjoy. You can add as a topping: Greek yogurt, bits of fresh fruit, Chia seeds, nut butter or unsweetened maple. I hope you like it and prepare them!!
