Homemade almond milk with a twist

Ingredients: 1 cup of almonds 3 cups of water to soak the almonds 3 pieces of date 1/2 tablespoon vanilla 4 1/2 cups of water Preparation: In a bowl, soak the almonds in water overnight. Strain the almonds and reserve the almonds. In the blender pour the almonds with the dates, the vanilla essence and the water. Blend perfectly well to extract all the flavor of the almond. In a bowl spread out a cloth or a sky blanket and pour what you liquefied, close the cloth or sky blanket and squeeze as much as you can or filter the liquid perfectly well until a completely dry paste remains. Store the almond milk in a glass container in the fridge. ENJOY!! The remaining almond paste (oraka) can be used to make cookies, add to breakfast cereals, or any other recipe you can think of. Kisses and happy ending!!
