I always recommend fruit salads, especially my favorite and most detox: watermelon, melon, papaya and pineapple. You can also take your fruits everywhere! And although the ideal is to chop the fruit and eat it at the moment to avoid oxidation, there are times when that is not feasible. For those cases, and so that it does not turn dark or black, apply this: After you cut the fruits, peel them and then put them in cold water with the juice of a lemon, for at least 20 minutes and thats it! Thus, the fruits will retain their natural color and when making a fruit salad they will look much richer.
