Carrot arepas
Ingredients: 3 cups of corn flour 1 cup grated or shredded carrot Salt to taste Water -Preparation: Place the grated carrot, salt and flour in a bowl. Knead the mixture very well. The dough should be easy to shape but not sticky. Make about 4 balls with the dough and flatten them. Place the crushed arepas in a pan or budare and cook them covered over medium-low or low heat, until they are toasted. CLEVER!!! to breakfast!!! LETS GO HEALTH LOVERS!!
