Healthy lemon pie

Perfect for the weekend, to keep yourself indulging in a treat, or even for the little ones in the house. -Ingredients: 500 g of walnuts, soaked in water overnight or for at least 4 hours. 7 tablespoons of coconut oil 4 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey) One lemons juice Lemon zest One teaspoon of vanilla extract ½ teaspoon of salt 100 g grated coconut 200 gr of dates without seeds small paper cups -Preparation: Place the dates, coconut, and walnuts in a food processor. This will be the base of the foot. Make sure the ingredients are perfectly mixed. Pour the mixture into small molds (optional). With the help of a spoon, press until the mixture is compact. Place the walnuts, lemon, zest, agave nectar (or honey), coconut oil, salt, and vanilla in the food processor. You will know that the mixture is ready when it has a homogeneous consistency. Refrigerate for 2 hours and unmold. Decorate with lemon zest. AND READY!! To enjoy!! LETS GO LETS GO!!
