Watermelon water with a little lemon
I am not one to recommend fruit juices on a regular basis due to the whole issue of oxidation, amount of fruit used and loss of fiber... butoooo.... from time to time a refreshing watermelon/watermelon juice is not bad to calm anxiety or simply brighten up a little with its natural sweetness. Here is a recipe for a tasty one: -Ingredients: 500 ml of water. 3 sprigs of rosemary. The juice of 1 lemon. 1 pin / watermelon without shell and without seeds. Ice cubes. -Preparation: Boil the water together with the rosemary, remove from heat and let stand for 1 hour. Strain the liquid and pour it into the blender. Add the lemon, watermelon and ice and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a jar and voila. FROM BEYOND!!
